Powder Coat

From one piece to thousands, R-D Manufacturing can electrostatic powder coat metal parts as large as 10+ feet.

Finish quality plays a critical role in overall perceived quality. High quality components can be rendered mediocre through a compromised finish. Our in-house powder coating provides the consistent quality required to achieve visual continuity throughout our customers finished assemblies.


In-house finishing is scheduled to dovetail with manufacturing and assembly operations, which in turn streamlines product flow and reduces lead times. R-D stocks a significant selection of power coatings and all major powder brands and chemistries are supported. R-D's high-volume batch style powder coating system provides the right combination of efficiency, quality and flexibility.


Screen Printing
Many product components are additionally finished through our screen-printing area. R-D can handle both camera ready and electronic artwork. We stock a variety of durable 2-component epoxy inks and are equipped with custom fixturing for efficient processing.

Plating/Anodize
Plating and anodizing requirements are handled by one of our allied vendors. Capabilities ranging from commercial quality to MIL spec. complete our spectrum of available finishes.
