R-D’s powder coating partner can electrostatic powder coat metal parts as large as 10+ feet from one piece to thousands.

Finish quality plays a critical role in overall perceived quality. A compromised finish can render high-quality components mediocre. Our dedicated powder coat source provides the consistent quality required to achieve visual continuity throughout our customers’ finished assemblies.

Finishing is scheduled to dovetail with manufacturing and assembly operations, streamlining product flow and reducing lead times. A significant selection of power coatings is stocked, and all major powder brands and chemistries are supported.

A conveyorized, automated powder coating provides the right combination of efficiency, quality, and flexibility.

Screen Printing

Many product components are additionally finished with screen printing. R-D can handle both camera-ready and electronic artwork. A variety of durable 2-component epoxy inks, automated printing and custom fixturing facilitate efficient processing.

Plating/Anodize

Plating and anodizing requirements are handled by one of our allied vendors. Capabilities ranging from commercial quality to MIL specifications complete our spectrum of available finishes.
